I feel I have been wrongfully terminated?

I was termed for allegedly missing 5 out of 32 weeks of employment.What has me stumped is my check was never docked and my GM approved any time off and arranged my schedule accordingly. I feel like this may be retaliation due to the fact I caught the GM doing things that were not only unethical but dangerous. What is my recourse?
