Confused about whether to go for Electrical Engg., Electronics-Communication Engg. or Mechanical Engg..!?

I am interested in the field of radar technology, remote sensing, etc...so which should be my preferable field of study..?? I got three choices and it would help me a lot if someone could guide me. :)
