I need to PCS and fast!! help please. ?

My husbands command is trying to build a packet to chapter him out he is getting counselings for not giving a 24 hour notice before canceling a doctor appt he made, just to show the ridiculousness of the situation, I believe the chain of command is doing this in retaliation of me saying how I was sexually harrassed my a Sfc. In his unit who is now under a formal investigation apparently there were more then just my accusation but my complain was the straw that broke the camels back so to say.... But my question is who can we go to for help? We want to leave very bad any advice?
