Is a crf 230 too small for me.?

i live in a remote area of alaska near anchorage. theres lots a off road vehicles but not many for sale because there no road. a crf 230 has come up in town in nearly new condition which doesnt happen very offten. my friend knows the guy and is buying this almost new bike originally priced at 2200 for only 1200 and he has is trying to sell it to me for the same price. the only problem is i weight 140-150 pounds and im about 5'9". should i go ahead and get this bike or weight till next summer and get a klx250s from anchorage when i can afforde it. ive heard great things about the honda 230s but is it too small?
