Should I request that my boss adjust my wages up to the current company minimum wage?

I am a security officer and have been working in my current job for going on six months now. Up until about a month ago we were very understaffed. I am a very reliable employee and am the first to be called when someone calls off, has to go home early, or if special duty is needed and I rarely refuse it. I do my job very well and get many compliments from my boss. I am college educated in the field and have even completed the police academy. However, two new employees, with no previous experience or education in the field, were just hired into the company with higher wages and more hours than me. They are even making more than another co worker of mine that has also completed the police academy and is college educated in the field. I know this to be true because both new employees have openly disclosed their wages to me without me asking. They did so when they both complained to me about how much they were making and also were complaining about having to work too many hours. I thought, "you have got to be kidding me right?" but I kept my mouth shut. I feel if new inexperienced, uneducated applicants are being hired at any entry level wage that is .50 cents more on the hour than I am making, then I assume that to be the company's current starting wage and feel my wages need to be adjusted to the same. However, I am unsure if I should even say anything about it for fear of retaliation. In addition to this, my 90 day review has of yet to be completed even though I have asked and reminded my boss of it several times. I love my job and need it for more reasons than monetarily but, I want to be treated fairly. I also can't help but feel discriminated against because I am female and younger than the other female that was hired. What should I do???
