Where should/could I apply?

Honestly man, it's a crap shoot with schools like that. I have known smart guys (4.0 GPA 2300 + SAT) who have been rejected from most Ivy League schools they applied to. I can definitively say that Harvard (unless you have an Alumni), Stanford, and probably Brown aren't going to happen for you with those stats. You definitely have a shot at schools like Penn and Cornell as well as other elite private schools such as Wash U, Williams, Swarthmore, Oberlin, ect. You have a great undergraduate record, and I'm sure that you'll get into a very good school.
