Will I get Unemployment Benefits?

I got fired for breaking the employment's policy rule in accepting a gift from a participant.. At first I was denied unemployment, but I decided to appeal it.. I found out that another employee got fired for the same reason as me, but the employer decided to rehire her back..She refused to go back.. This person is willing to be a witness in my case.. Will I get a chance of getting unemployment benefits?
