Car keyed need help/advice?

Are you kidding me?! I would call the cops right now and file a report. Give them the notes that you recieved (I hope you kept them). I'd go so far as the take pictures of their car. Is it a numbered spot? Do you have anything in writing from the management that it's your spot? I would gather up all documentation that I could and I would definately make that person pay for a paint job!
